Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist trims the price of his LA compound to $8.8M

The musician Michael Peter Balzarywho goes by the stage name Fleais changing his tune when he comes to his sprawling home in Southern California.

Indeed, the bassist and founding member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers is now asking for $8.8 million for his compound, which had been listed for $9.8 million earlier this year.
